My Profile

Access and manage your personal information, fleets, preferences, and account security. To open My Profile, locate the icon with a silhouette of a person on the right side of the header and click on it.

Personal Information

Your profile info in FleetControl. Enter your first and last names, and choose your job title. This information is visible to others, for example, when you give feedback.

Fleets

In this tab, you can see all the fleets you are part of. Each fleet has specific tags to help you understand your status.

Features

1. Copy the Fleet ID:

   Click on the Fleet ID to copy it to your clipboard. This is useful for sharing or referencing your fleet.

2. Current Fleet Tag:

   The tag Current Fleet shows which fleet is currently displayed. This is only relevant if you belong to more than one fleet.

3. Fleet Tags:

   There are two tags you might see:

   • Member: You are an active member of this fleet.
   • Invitation Pending: You have been invited to join this fleet, but you haven’t accepted yet

Preferences

Set your preferred unit for distances and speed in FleetControl. Choose between:

• Default (from Fleet)
• Kilometers
• Miles

Select Save to apply your changes.

Security

Change your current password and manage your two-step verification. Two-step verification provides additional account security by requiring two forms of verification for access. For setup instructions, see Two-step Verification Guide
